Dedicated time with a trainer to take you through all the basics of CrossFit before you are eased into our main group classes. Everyone at these sessions will be in the same boat, brand new to the Box (that's what we call our gym), and brand new to all the movements. Your Coach will guide you throughout these sessions to teach you proper form and explain how our program works.
